The Jimmy™ Award
The JimmyTM Award is named in honor of James M. Nederlander, legendary Broadway theater owner and producer.
The Jimmy™ Award for Best Performance by an Actress and Best Performance by an Actor is awarded annually to two grand prize winners selected from a group of student performers representing the participating professional theaters. Winners are selected by a panel of industry experts and receive four-year scholarship assistance to attend NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts Department of Drama, contingent upon acceptance into the program.
