Excellence Awards
Charlotte Performing Arts Center
The Excellence Awards are a new program this year, designed as an exciting opportunity for Mid-Michigan high school students to build their portfolio and be recognized for the work they put into each production. Public and private high schools in Eaton and Barry Counties were invited to participate in this year's program and had the chance to be nominated for awards in areas of performance, design, direction, choreography, technical production and overall production excellence. The winners in fifteen total categories were announced at a gala-style ceremony, where schools will also have the opportunity to perform a number from their production.
The first-ever Excellence Awards took place at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 16, 2010, at the Charlotte Performing Arts Center.
This year's participants include:
| School | Musical |
